益肾泄浊化瘀汤联合抗生素治疗慢性尿路感染随机对照临床研究

目的]观察益肾泄浊化瘀汤联合抗生素治疗慢性尿路感染疗效。方法]采用随机、对照方法,将72例患者按随机双盲法,分为治疗组与对照组,每组36例。对照组采用敏感抗生素治疗;治疗组在对照组用药基础上,予益肾泄浊化瘀汤(药用生薏苡仁、败酱草、丹参、怀山药、生地黄等),随证加减,头煎加水500mL,煎取汁200mL,二煎加水400mL,煎取汁200mL,两煎混合,分2次口服,1剂/d。两组均以2周为1疗程,治疗3个疗程、随访6个月进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组总有效率91.70%,对照组总有效率77.8%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。随访6个月,治疗组复发率11.10%,对照组复发率36.10%,治疗组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.01)。单项症状疗效评定,治疗组治愈例数优于对照组。结论]益肾泄浊化瘀汤联合抗生素治疗慢性尿路感染,可提高疗效,降低复发率。

The Clinic Study by Randomized Controllion of Chronic Urinary Tract Infection by Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction with Antibiotic in Patients

Objective]To observe Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu decoction with antibiotic on treating chronic urinary tract infection.Methods]72 qualified patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of them was 36 Patients.Both of the groups were given the regular antibiotic treatment,with Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu decoction given to the treatment group(Shenyiren Baijiangcao Damshen Huaishangyao Shengdi and so),addition and subtraction by symptom.Add 500mL water first,given 200mL decoction,Add 400mL water secondly,given 200mL decoction also,mixed hem,watch twice each day.Two weeks of a course of treatment.Bacteriolog ical characters for urinary tract infection as well as the clinical changes before and after the 3 treatments were observed.Results]The over all effi cacy in treatment group(91.70%)was higher than that of the control group(77.80%),which was statically significant(P<0.01).Recurrence rate in treatment group(11.10%) was lower than that of the control group(36.10%),which was statically significant(P<0.01).Evaluation of curative effect of single symptoms,treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion]Yishen xiezhuo huayu Decoction with antibiotic can impr ove the efficacy o funinary tr act infection,and reduce recurrence rate.
