舒血宁联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死随机平行对照研究

目的]观察舒血宁联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将72例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组，对照组36例舒血宁注射液20mL＋250mLNS／Qd，ivgtt，治疗组36例依达拉奉注射液30mg＋100mLNS／Bid，ivgtt，舒血宁治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能评分、日常生活自理能力评分、不良反应。治疗l疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效15例，有效18例，无效3例，总有效率91．67％。对照组显效10例，有效14例，无效12例，总有效率66．67％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈O．05o功能评分两组均有明显降低（P〈0．01），治疗组降低优于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论]舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉注射液，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。

The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Scores of two groups were significantly lower （ P〈 0.01 ）, the treatment group increased / decreased than that in the control group （ P〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion ] The effect of Shuxuening injection combined with edaravone injection, satisfaction, no side effect, is worth promoting.
