| 摘 要： | 目的]比较补中通降方与吗丁啉片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者症状的临床疗效。方法]将64例患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组予补中通降方治疗,对照组予吗丁啉片治疗。应用Logistic回归模型分析两组治疗后的效果。结果]与临床疗效差有关的治疗前症状等因素是呕吐、口苦、药物和嗳气。其中呕吐和嗳气呈负相关(相对危险度分别为0.321、0.232),口苦和药物呈正相关(相对危险度分别为6.15、3.562)。结论]补中通降法缓解胆汁反流性胃炎患者症状有一定的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate clinical therapeutic effects of Buzhong Tongjiang Fang and Madinglin Pian on patients'symptoms with bile reflux gastritis. Methods]Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=34) treated by Buzhong Tongjiang Fang and a control group (n=30) treated by Madinglin Pian.Logistic regression was used to analyze the clinical therapeutic effects.Results]Vomiting,bitter taste of mouthand the drugs had statistical significance。And vomiting and ructationwere negative correlation(therespective relative riskwere 0.321 and 0.232), bitter taste of mouthand drugs were positive correlation(therespective relative riskwere 6.15 and 3.562).Conclusion ]Buzhongtongjiangfang has obviousclinicaltherapeutic effects on bile reflux gastritis patients. |
