复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。阿司匹林、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、调脂药、倍他乐克等。对照组42例异山梨酯,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组42例复方丹参滴丸,250mg/次,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]心绞痛疗效:治疗组显效29例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率97.62%。对照组显效15例,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率85.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。心电图疗效:治疗组显效28例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率97.62%。对照组显效15例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Ecg curative effect：the treatment group 28 cases, 13 cases effectively, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 97.62%. Control group 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 20 cases, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Compound danshen dropping pill treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
