化痰活血通络方治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

目的]观察化痰活血通络方治疗支气管哮喘疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例甲强龙针剂,80mg/次,2次/d;缺氧严重,抗生素抗感染,无创呼吸机辅助。治疗组50例患者治疗应用化痰活血通络方(半夏10g,陈皮12g,茯苓4g,金瓜篓3g,白介子炒8g,厚朴10g;寒哮加麻黄12g,射干4g,紫菀6g;热哮合定喘汤,麻黄8g,款冬花10g,桑白皮6g,冬瓜仁2g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效22例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效20例,有效7例,无效13例,总有效率74.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]化痰活血通络方治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

Methods]Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Treatment group（50 cases of phlegm and blood know luo party（Banxia10g,Chenpi 12 g, Fuling 4 g,Jingualou 3g, Chaobaijiezi 8g, Houpu10 g, magnolia bark to regard protecting stomach qi; cold xiao and Mahuang 12 g, Shegan4 g, Ziyuan 6g, to promote lung eliminating phlegm to smooth wheezing; cold hot xiao anti-asthma soup）; 1/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 20 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. Results]The treatment group（18 cases cured, 22 cases had marked effect, 8 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.00%. The control group, 10 cases were cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, effective in 7 cases, 13 cases of invalid, total effective rate was 74.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion]Phlegm and activating blood know luo party treatment of bronchial asthma effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
