滋肾养肝化痰消瘀方联合西药治疗动脉粥样硬化随机平行对照研究

目的]观察滋肾养肝化痰消瘀方联合西药治疗动脉粥样硬化疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组51例辛伐他汀,20mg/次,3次/d,口服;硫酸氢氯吡格雷,75mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组51例滋肾养肝化痰消瘀方(地龙12g,淫羊藿15g,桂枝12g,首乌制15g,黄连12g,毛冬青15g,干姜6g,当归15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、动脉内膜中层厚度、粥样硬化斑块面积、血脂、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]动脉内膜中层厚度及粥样硬化斑块面积两组均有改善(P0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。血脂两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]滋肾养肝化痰消瘀方联合西药治疗动脉粥样硬化效果显著,值得推广。

ObseI＇vations artery intima-media thickness , atherosclerotic plaque area , lipid levels , adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy. Results ] artery intima-media thickness and atherosclerotic plaque area groups were improved （ P 〈0.01 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Lipid parameters were improved in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Fang Xiaoyu Kidney Liver phlegm combined with western medicine atherosclerotic effect is significant , it is worth promoting.
