针刺阿是穴治疗枕神经痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针刺阿是穴治疗枕神经痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组37例卡马西平0.2g,2次/d。治疗组37例针刺阿是穴,患者取坐位,头稍前屈;华佗牌0.35×40mm不锈钢毫针,选取枕神经分布区域内最痛一点,常规消毒,将针快速刺入皮下,逆督脉循行方向平刺1寸左右;手法用泻法,行提、插、捻、转至酸、麻、胀为度,留针20~30min,期间行针1~2次,1次/d;如针刺后痛点转移,则在新痛点处再刺一针,方法如前,每名患者最多针刺2针。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛指数、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效20例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率97.30%。对照组痊愈3例,显效12例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率81.08%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。疼痛指数治疗组降低优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]针刺阿是穴治疗枕神经痛,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
