中药湿热敷联合西药预防产后腹痛、促进子宫收缩随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中药热敷联合西药预防产后腹痛、促进产后子宫收缩疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例常规产科护理,加强产前宣教,保证充分睡眠和休息,做好外阴护理,注意清洁,安排科学、合理饮食;自然分娩20u L缩宫素,肌注;剖宫产产后予缩宫素,20u L/次,肌注;辅助能量和抗生素静脉滴注,加强营养支持。治疗组45例中药湿热敷(川续断、白术、生薏仁各15g,大黄、丹参、白芷、红花、土鳖虫、淫羊藿、三七、全当归、琥珀各10g,冰片2g),1剂/d,水煎2000m L,消毒纱布浸泡,覆脐部,外用温度为60℃~70℃热水袋保持温度,15min/次,早晚各1次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组无痛27例,轻度腹痛12例,中度腹痛6例,重度腹痛0例,总有效率60.00%。对照组无痛12例,轻度腹痛17例,中度腹痛10例,重度腹痛6例,总有效率26.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]中药湿热敷联合西药预防产后腹痛、促进产后子宫收缩效果显著,值得推广。
