中医综合护理联合常规护理慢性阻塞性肺疾病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医综合护理联合常规护理慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例常规护理,包括氧疗、呼吸锻炼、用药及健康指导等。护理组50例中医综合护理;1情志及运动干预;2饮食调护;3辨证施护;常规护理同对照组。连续护理60d为1疗程。观测护理满意度、生活质量评分及肺功能指标、不良反应。护理1疗程,判定疗效。结果]护理满意度护理组优于对照组(P0.05)。生活质量评分及肺功能指标护理组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]中医综合护理联合常规护理慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果显著,值得推广。

Syndrome Nursing Care of Chronic Joint Conventional Parallel Randomized Controlled Study Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective ] To observe the differentiation combined with routine nursing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment. Methods] Random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Quality of life scores and lung function care group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Syndrome nursing combined with routine care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
