沉香饮联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入与对症治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察沉香饮联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入与对症治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。补液、祛痰,抗炎等对症治疗。对照组46例5mg沙丁胺醇+生理盐水稀释至2.5mL,雾化吸入,10~15min/次,2次/d,持续5~7d。治疗组46例沉香饮(沉香巧、木香各6g,白术12g,甘草炙10g,桂枝15g,积壳、黄芩、赤芍各5g,法半夏、苏子各10g,炙麻黄12g),浸泡1h,1剂/d,水煎2次,共200mL,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺功能指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效36例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率95.65%。对照组显效22例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率80.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。肺功能指标两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]沉香饮联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入与对症治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎效果显著,值得推广。
