中医综合护理颈椎挥鞭样损伤随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医综合护理颈椎挥鞭样损伤疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例常规护理:1观察病人神志、瞳孔及生命体征变化,必要时要进行心肺监护;2观察呼吸情况,确保呼吸顺畅,必要时进行气管切开手术;3颅骨牵引病人,保证有效牵引同时预防各种并发症;4自护知识指导,早期正确指导功能锻炼,预防并发症。治疗组38例中医综合护理:颈部牵引护理、推拿按摩、饮食护理、拔火罐、情志护理。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、护理满意度、生活质量、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]护理组非常满意28例,比较满意8例,不满意2例,总满意率94.74%。对照组非常满意19例,比较满意11例,不满意8例,总满意率78.94%。治疗组满意度优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]中医综合护理干预颈椎挥鞭样损伤效果显著,值得推广。

Results]28 cases care group very satisfied, satisfied with eight cases, dissatisfied with two cases, the total efficiency of 94.74%. Very satisfied with the control group, 19 cases, 11 cases more satisfied, not satisfied with the eight cases, the total efficiency of 78.94%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion]Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention cervical whiplash injury effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
