补阳还五汤+血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗肿瘤血管新生随机平行对照研究

目的]观察补阳还五汤+血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗肿瘤血管新生疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将229例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组97例化疗放疗。治疗组132例补阳还五汤(黄芪生125g,当归尾6g,赤芍5g,地龙、川芎、红花、桃仁各3g);血府逐瘀汤(当归、生地各9g,桃仁12g,红花9g,枳壳、赤芍各6g,柴胡、甘草各3g,桔梗、川芎各4.5g,牛膝10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肿瘤增殖、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效36例,有效68例,无效28例,总有效率78.79%。对照组显效25例,有效41例,无效31例,总有效率68.04%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]补阳还五汤+血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗肿瘤血管新生,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Tonifying Yang also Five Decoction and Xie Fu Zhu Yu Decoction Combined Western Medicine Therapy Tumor Angiogenesis Random Prallel Control Study

Objective]To observe the tonifying Yang also five decoction and Xie Fu Zhu Yu decoction combined western medicine curative effect on tumor angiogenesis. Methods]Using random parallel control method, 229 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. The control group, 97 cases of routine chemotherapy radiotherapy treatment. Treatment group, 132 cases of tonifying Yang also five decoction（Huangqi raw 125 g,Dangguiwei 6 g, Chishao 5g, Dilong,Chuanqiong,H onghua,Taoren 3g）; Xie Fu Zhu Yu decoction（Danggui,Shengdi 9g, Taoren 12 g, Honghua9 g,Zhike,Chishao each 6g, Chaihu,Gancao3 g, Jiegeng,Chuanqiong each 4.5g, Niuxi10 g）;1/d, Fried 200 ml water, morning and evening oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous four courses of treatment, judge curative effect. Results]The treatment group 36 cases had marked effect, 68 cases, 28 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.79%. Control group 25 cases were markedly effective, effective 41 cases, 31 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 68.04%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion]Tonifying Yang also five decoction and Xie Fu Zhu Yu decoction combined western medicine therapy tumor angiogenesis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
