艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌随机平行对照研究

目的]观察艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例GP方案:200mg/m2GEM1+100m L生理盐水,30min/次,静滴;250m L生理盐水+5mg地塞米松,快速静滴,d1,d8;25mg/m2DDP+250m L生理盐水,静滴。治疗组24例60m L艾迪注射液+250m L5%葡萄糖注射液,静滴,1次/d;GP方案治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、瘤体大小、生存质量、KPS评分、不良反应。结果]KPS生存质量治疗组提高13例,稳定9例,降低2例,总有效率91.67%。对照组提高9例,稳定6例,降低9例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。体重变化疗效治疗组显效18例,有效2例,无效4例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效6例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率54.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果显著,值得推广。

Conclusion] Aidi injection combined with GP regimen in advanced non-small cell lung cancer effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
