氧驱动雾化吸入痰热清联合止咳平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘随机平行对照研究

目的]观察氧驱动雾化吸入痰热清联合止咳平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。吸氧、止咳化痰、抗感染等常规治疗;0.3~0.5mL/kg痰热清加入雾化器,清水适量,雾化吸入。对照组40例超声雾化吸入15~20min/次,2次/d;心理护理、雾化吸入护理。治疗组40例氧驱动雾化吸入,15~20min/次,2次/d;止咳平喘汤(麻黄炙6g,黄芪、桔梗、党参、丹参各10g,甘草6g,陈皮、山药各10g,五味子6g,枸杞子10g,地龙6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,2次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺部哮音、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈28例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈16例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]氧驱动雾化吸入痰热清联合止咳平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

Control group healed in 16 cases, 14 cases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Oxygen atomization inhalation joint cough and asthma soup treatment of infantile asthma effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
