康复护理联合升麻薏米方干预重症手足口病恢复期随机平行对照研究

目的]观察康复护理联合升麻薏米方干预重症手足口病恢复期疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组55例常规护理,做好患儿监测工作,具体监测临床症状,并实施针对性措施缓解其不良反应,及时发现异常问题并进行有效处理。护理组55例1康复护理,需对患儿并发症进行有效护理,做好健康教育,缓解患儿负面情绪;2升麻薏米方(水牛角、薏米生、滑石各15g,生石膏、升麻30g,生地、大青叶、连翘各10g,黄连、栀子、黄岑、赤芍、丹皮、菊花各5g,知母、甘草各6g,大黄3g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,3次/d。连续护理5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、护理满意度、不良反应。连续护理3疗程,判定疗效。结果]护理组痊愈21例,显效18例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率96.36%。对照组痊愈14例,显效20例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率83.63%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。护理满意度护理组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]康复护理联合升麻薏米方干预重症手足口病恢复期效果显著,值得推广。

Results ] Care group recovered in 21 cases, 18 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.36%. Cured 14 cases in the control group, 20 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 83.63%. Care group was better than in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Satisfaction with nursing care group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ]Rehabilitation nursing care combined cohosh barley side effects of severe HFMD remarkable recovery, it is worth promoting.
