血必净注射液治疗脓毒症凝血功能障碍疗效观察

目的]评价血必净注射液对脓毒症凝血功能障碍的疗效。方法]将23例有凝血功能障碍的脓毒症病例随机分为两组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液治疗,疗程7天。分别检测两组治疗前后凝血功能相关指标（PT、APTT、TT、FiB和血小板计数）。结果]治疗组治疗前后各项指标比较均有明显差异,治疗后部分指标两组间比较亦有显著差别。总有效率比较治疗组高于对照组。结论]血必净注射液能有效改善脓毒症凝血功能障碍。

Xuebijing Injection in the Treatment of Sepsis Coagulation Dysfunction

Objective] To evaluate Xuebijing injection on blood coagulation in patients with sepsis dysfunction. Methods ] 23 cases have coagulation dysfunction in septic patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group given regular treatment, the treatment group were Xuebijing injection treatment, treatment for 7 days. The two groups were detected in patients with coagulation related indicators （PT, APTT,TT, FiB and platelet count）. Results ] before and after the treatment group compared to the indicators are significant differences in treatment between the two groups after some indicators are also significant differences in comparison. Comparison of the total effective rate higher than the treatment group. Conclusion] Xuebijing injection could effectively improve blood coagulation dysfunction in patients with sepsis.
