氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗婴儿湿疹38例

目的]观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。方法]对38例患者使用除湿止痒软膏涂在患处,2次/d,待吸收后外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏。治疗4周后判定疗效。结果]自动终止治疗3例,按要求完成治疗35例。痊愈9例,显效16例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率71.40%。结论]氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合除湿止痒软膏治疗婴儿湿疹疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Butyl Flufenamate Ointment Combined with Chushi Zhiyang Ointment in The Treatment of 38 Cases of Infantile Eczema

Objective]To study the clinical effects of buty flufenzmatum ointment combined with dehumidification itching ointment on infantile eczema.Methods] In 38 patients using the Chushi Zhiyang ointment to the affected area,2 /d,to be absorbed after topical application butyl Flufenamate ointment.After 4 weeks of treatment the curative effect.Results] The automatic termination of therapy in 3 cases,required to complete treatment in 35 cases.9 cases were cured,16 cases,effective in 6 cases,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 71.40%.Conclusion]The combination use of buty flufenzmatum ointment and dehumidification itching ointment on infantile eczema is effective,safe and reliable and is worthy of clinical.
