中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机对照临床研究

目的]观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法]采用对照研究,将诊断明确的87例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按诊疗时间随机分成两组。两组同时肌肉注射甲钴胺0.5mg/d治疗。治疗组在此基础上加服以益气养阴,活血通络为主的方药并随症加减治疗。结果]经过4周的治疗,治疗组显效29例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率为94%。对照组显效8例,有效15例,无效14例,总有效率为62.1%。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论]中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变优于单纯西医治疗。

Integrative Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective] To observe the Integrative Medicine efficacy for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method] control study,a clear diagnosis of 87 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,according to the clinic time.Both groups the intramuscular Mecobalamin 0.5mg/d treatment.Treatment group on this basis add services to Yiqiyangyin,and promoting blood the Tongluo based Recipe and subtraction with the disease treatment.Results] After four weeks of treatment,the treatment group,29 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,3 cases,the total effective rate of 94%.Control group,eight cases markedly effective in 15 cases,14 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate of 62.1%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion] Integrative treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is superior to Western medicine treatment alone.
