止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽80例临床观察

目的]观察止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法]选取我院门诊慢性咳嗽病人80例,应用止嗽散加减,1剂/d,水煎2次,每次煮取200mL,早晚温服,7d为1疗程。治疗1个疗程未愈者进行第2个疗程,并在疗程结束后随访7d判定疗效。结果]1个疗程,治愈39例,好转31例,无效10例,总有效率87.50%;2个疗程,治愈60例,好转17例,无效3例,总有效率为96.25%。结论]止嗽散加减治疗慢性咳嗽疗效较好,值得推广。

Modified Zhisou Powder in the Treatment of Chronic cough:Clinical Observation of 80 Cases

Objective] To observe the modified Zhisou powder in the treatment of chronic cough clinical curative effect.Methods] Selection outpatient chronic cough patients 80 cases,application of modified Zhisou powder,1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 2 times,each time with warm boiled 200mL,sooner or later,7d 1 treatment.After 1 courses of treatment failure of second courses,and in all the patients were followed up for 7d to judge the curative effect.Results] 1 courses,39 cases were cured,31 cases improved,10 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 87.50%;2 courses,60 cases were cured,17 cases improved,3 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 96.25%.Conclusion] Modified Zhisou powder in the treatment of chronic cough with better curative effect,is worth popularizing.
