| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法]将40例泌尿系结石患者随机分为对照组20例,治疗组20例。对照组采用西药抗生素静滴治疗,大剂量输液及跳跃;治疗组加用中药排石汤加减内服。结果]治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70%,两组有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论]中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效较好。
