基于“肠道菌群-免疫反应”探讨针灸从脾治疗高血压病的作用机制

高血压病作为一种我国较为常见的慢性疾病,严重影响了患者及家属的生活质量。其中痰湿中阻型高血压作为高血压病的一种重要的证型逐渐被人们所重视,是由于脾虚水饮运化失常,湿聚成痰阻于中焦,阻滞气机而使气血运行不畅,脉道不利致使血压升高。采用针灸的治疗方法对于人体维持肠道菌群的平衡、增强自身的免疫力、抑制炎症通路的激活,这就是中医学中的健脾法在现代医学研究中的体现。所以在治疗痰湿中阻型高血压病上应从"脾"的方面采用健脾利湿化痰的治则来治疗。肠道菌群属于中医学的"脾胃"的范畴。脾胃运化功能的正常与肠道菌群的平衡密切相关。肠道菌群为当下的热门研究话题,其与高血压的相关研究也成为高血压病领域的新兴热点。肠道菌群既能参与机体的新陈代谢,又可参与免疫系统的调节。研究发现,肠道菌群紊乱,免疫炎性反应直接或间接影响高血压病的发生发展。而针灸对于高血压病、肠道菌群及免疫炎性反应都有一定的正向调节。因此,围绕三者展开相关谈论,针灸从"脾"治疗高血压病的科学性,通过"肠道菌群-免疫反应"来探究针灸健脾法在治疗高血压病中的应用,推测针灸健脾法治疗高血压病,是通过恢复肠道菌群微生态,降低免疫引发的炎症反应,进而防治高血压及靶器官损伤。

Study on Mechanism of Acupuncture Treating Hypertension from Spleen Based on"Intestinal Flora Immune Response"

As a common chronic disease in China,hypertension seriously affects the quality of life of patients and their families.Among them,phlegm-dampness obstructing the middle syndrome,as an important syndrome type of hypertension,has been paid more and more attention by people.It is because of spleen deficiency and water intake,the dampness gathered into phlegm and blocked the Qi mechanism,which made the Qi and blood flow not smooth,and the blood pressure increased because of the adverse pulse channel.Acupuncturecan maintain the balance of intestinal flora,enhance immunity and inhibit the activation of inflammatory pathway,which is the embodiment of spleen strengthening method in modern medical research.Therefore,in the treatment of hypertension of phlegm-dampness obstructing the middle syndrome,we should adopt the treatment principle of invigorating the spleen and removing dampness and phlegm from the aspect of"spleen".Intestinal flora belongs to the category of"spleen and stomach"in traditional Chinese medicine.The normal transport function of spleen and stomach is closely related to the balance of intestinal flora.Intestinal microflora is a hot research topic at present,and its related research with hypertension has become a new hotspot in the field of hypertension.Intestinal flora can not only participate in the metabolism of the body,but also participate in the regulation of the immune system.It was found that the occurrence and development of hypertension were directly or indirectly affected by intestinal flora disorder and immune inflammatory response.Acupuncture and moxibustion have positive regulation on hypertension,intestinal flora and immune inflammatory response.Therefore,this paper would focus on the three aspects and the scientificness of acupuncture treatment of hypertensionfrom the"spleen".Through the"intestinal flora immune response",it explored the application of acupuncture and spleen-strengthening method in the treatment of hypertension.It is speculated that acupuncture and splee-strengthening method in the treatment of hypertension is to restore the intestinal flora microecology,reduce the immune induced inflammatory response,and then prevent and treat hypertension and target organ damage.
