| 摘 要： | 方法：运用芒针透刺法治疗失眠症52例，并设中药酸枣仁汤加减治疗30例为对照组进行观察。结果：治疗组总有效率为90．4％，对照组为70．0％，两组疗效差异有显著性意义（X^2＝5．622，P＜0．05），结论：芒针透刺疗法具有良好的安神定志，镇静安眠作用。

| Abstract: | Methods Penetration needling with elongated needle was used for treatment of 52 cases of insomnia and Chinese herbs Suanz aoren Tang was adopted for 30 cases as control group. Results The total effective rate was 90.4% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion This therapy is of a good tranqui lizing and somnific action. |
