火针辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

目的 :观察火针应用于慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 :将 180例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组采用火针治疗 ,对照组采用常规药物治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组两组治愈率、治疗疗程、复发率相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (χ2 =18 80 ,P <0 0 1;χ2 =14 2 4 ,P <0 0 1;χ2 =6 14 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论 :火针治疗慢性盆腔炎具有疗效高、疗程短、复发率低等优点

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Fire-Needle Therapy for Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflam- marion Based on Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs

Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with fire needle therapy and the control group was treated with routine medicine. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the cured rate, the therapeutic course and the recurrence rate ( P <0 01, P <0 01and P <0 05, respectively), and the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Fire needle therapy has advantages of higher therapeutic effect, shorter therapeutic course and lower recurrence rate for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.
