面瘫健患侧穴位温度不对称性与面瘫严重程度相关性研究

目的：通过对面瘫患者面部双侧穴位温度不对称系数的变化趋势的观察,分析其与面瘫面部残疾指数的相关性,为红外热像图用于面瘫严重度客观评估提供参考依据。方法：使用红外热像仪观察面瘫患者每一针刺疗程前安静状态下面部穴区温度情况,计算双侧穴位温度不对称系数,利用SPSS软件处理相关数值,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果：阳白、攒竹、地仓、鱼腰、颧髎、颊车六穴温度不对称性系数与面瘫面部残疾指数存在显著负相关性,各穴位均P<0.05。结论：研究表明面瘫患者面部双侧穴位温度不对称系数可以作为一种新的面瘫严重度客观评估方法。

Research on the correlation between the temperature asymmetry at acupoints of healthy and affected side and the severity index of facial paralysis

Objective: Through observe the varity trends of the facial paralysis patients’ face bilateral acupoints temperature asymmetry coefficient ,analysing the correlation between it and Facial Disability Index to provide reference basis for infrared thermography which is use in the objective assessment of the facial paralysis severity .Method:Use the infrared thermography to observe the facial acupoints region situation before every acupuncture treatment of the facial paralysis patients who are in the quiet state and calculate the bilateral acupoints temperature asymmetry coefficient.Making use of the SPSS software process the values and analysing the conclusion use the statistical methods . Result:Between the temperature asymmetry coefficient and Facial Disability Index of the six acupoints:Yangbai, Cuanzhu,Dicang,Yuyao,Quanliao,Jiache exist notable negative relativity(P<0.05).Conclusion: Primary indicate that facial paralysis patients’ face bilateral acupoints temperature asymmetry coefficient can conduct a kind of new objective valuation method for facial paralysis severity.
