| 摘 要： | 方法：穴位注射维生素K4和庆大霉素治疗胆囊炎胆绞痛35例，与常规药物治疗33例作为对照观察。结果：穴位注射组显效率94．3％，有效率100．0％，对照组效率51．5％，有效率97．0％，两组效率差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01），结论：穴位注射治疗胆囊炎能迅速消炎，对缓解胆绞痛有效。

| Abstract: | Methods Acupoint injection of vitamine K 4 and gentamicin was used for treatment of 35 cases of biliary colic complicated by cholecystitis, and routine medicine was used for treatment of 33 cases as control. Results The markedly effective rate and the effective rate were 94 3% and 100 0% in the acupoint injection group, and 51 5% and 97 0% in the control geroup, respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups in the markedly effective rate ( P <0 01) . Conclusion Acupoint injection can rapidly eliminate cholecystitis and relieve effectively biliary colic. |
