| 摘 要： | 介绍了石学敏院士率先提出的针刺手法量学理论，对捻转补泻手法确定了新定义和量化操作，即作用力的方向是决定补和泻的重要因素之一；捻转补泻与作用力的大小有直接关系；施行捻转补泻手法所持续时间的最佳参数为每个穴位操作1～3分钟；两次施术间隔时间的最佳参数为3～6小时等四大要素。使针刺疗法更具有规范性、可重复性、可操作性。

| Abstract: | The theory of acupuncture manipulation quantitative arts put forward first by academician Shi Xuemin determines new definition and quantitative manipulation for reinforcing-reducing manipulation of twirling and rotating, which include the 4 important factors, the direction of applied force is one of important factors determining reinforcing-reducing; reinforcing-reducing of twirling and rotating is directly related with the applied force; the best duration of rein-forcing-reducing manipulation of twirling and rotating needle is 1-3 minutes for each point; and the best interval between two sessions of acupuncture is 3-6 hours, making acupuncture therapy have more standardization, reproducibility and controllability. |
