| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经络穴位给药所产生的药效是否有特异性。方法：以正常家兔及病理模型家兔作为研究对象，从肌肉、静脉或心包经“内关”穴注射相同剂量的同种药物，比较3种途径给药所产生的药效差别。结果：药物穴位注射在正常家兔和病理模型家兔机体上所产生的作用与其它给药途径颇为不同。正常机体的经络穴位组织能减弱药物的毒性作用；但机体处于病态情况时，经脉穴位组织又能增强纠正心律异常作用药物的效应。结论：经络穴位给药所产生的药效反应具有一定的特异性。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the specificity of the drug effect s in acupoint-injection. Methods The drug effects of intramuscular injection, intravenous injection and Neiguan (PC 6) acupoint-injection of same medicine in same dosage in the normal and pathological rabbits were compared in the normal and pathological rabbits. Results The effect of acupoint-injection in the normal and pathological rabbits were quite different from those of other administration methods. The tissue of acupoint in the normal organism can reduce the toxic effects of the medicine, and the tissue of acupoint in the pathological state can strengthen the effect of the medicine for correcting arrhythmia. Conclusion Drug effects in acupoint-injection have a certain specificity. |
