针刺联合康复训练改善慢性阻塞性肺病肺功能的临床研究

目的 :探讨针刺与康复训练改善慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)肺功能的协同作用。方法 :将稳定期COPD患者 6 6例随机分为针刺组、康复组、针刺加康复组 ,每组各 2 2例 ,在使用常规西药的基础上分别加上以上 3种治疗方法 ,共治疗 1 0 0天。于治疗前后测定肺功能并进行临床疗效评价。 结果 :治疗前各组间肺功能无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 ) ,治疗后针刺组、康复组肺功能改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而针刺加康复组肺功能明显改善 (P <0 0 1 ) ,并优于其它两组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其临床疗效也优于针刺或康复组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺、康复治疗均能改善COPD患者肺功能 ,但针刺联合康复训练表现出明显的协同作用。

Clinical study on acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for improvement of pulmonary function in the patient of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study coordinative effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation training in improvement of pulmonary function in the patient of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty six cases of COPD were randomly divided into an acupuncture group, a rehabilitation group, and an acupuncture plus rehabilitation group, 22 cases in each group. They were treated by routine treatment of western medicine, and combined respectively with the above 3 methods for 100 days. Their pulmonary functions were determined before and after treatment and clinical therapeutic effects were assessed. Results There was no significant difference among the 3 groups before treatment in the pulmonary function ( P >0.05). After treatment, the pulmonary function in both the acupuncture and the rehabilitation groups improved ( P <0 05), and the acupuncture plus rehabilitation group had more improvement in pulmonary function ( P <0 01). Acupuncture plus rehabilitation group was superior to other two groups in improvement of pulmonary functions and clinical therapeutic effect ( P <0 05, P <0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture or rehabilitation can improve pulmonary functions of the patient with COPD, but acupuncture and rehabilitation have obvious coordinative action.
