| 隔姜灸神阙治疗支气管哮喘疗效与T细胞亚群含量变化关系的分析 |

| 摘 要： | 采用隔姜炎神阙治疗支气管哮喘２７例，治疗前检测外周血Ｔ细胞亚群Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８值及杀伤细胞（ＮＫ）含量均低于正常值。灸治后复检Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８值及ＮＫ细胞，含量均有不同程度升高。同时观察到临床症状、体征均有不同程度改善，说明艾灸治疗支气管哮喘的疗效与Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值及ＮＫ细胞含量升高有关。

| Abstract: | 27 cases of bronchial asthma were treated with gingerpartitioned moxibustion on Shenque point(CV8).Before treatment T cell subgroups, T3, T4, T4/T8 ratio and natural killer cells (NK) contents in peripheral blood all were lower than their normal values. After moxibustion T3,T4,T4/T8 ratio and NK contents all increased to varying degrees. At the same time,clinical symptoms and signs improved to varying extents. It is suggested that the therapeutic effects of moxibustion on bronchial asthma are related with the increases of T3,T4,T4/T8 ratio and UK contents. |
