针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺拔罐放血治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将78例溃疡性结肠炎的患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺拔罐放血治疗;对照组采用西药保留灌肠治疗。两组均治疗30天后现察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。且治疗组一年复发率13.6％明显低于对照组60.0％。结论:针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺拔罐放血治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能有效提高该病的治愈率,降低复发率。

The therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with plum-blossom needle therapy on ulcerative colitis

Objective To probe into methods for treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 78 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture on Jiaji points (EX-B2) combined with plum-blossom needle therapy plus cupping for blood letting, and the control group were treated by retention-enema of western medicine. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were assessed after 30 days of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). And the recurrent rate of 13.6% one year later in the treatment group was significantly lower than 60.0% in the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture on Jiaji points combined with plum-blossom needle therapy plus cupping blood letting can increase the cured rate and decrease the recurrent rate for ulcerative colitis.
