针刺治疗中风后抑郁症临床观察

目的寻找治疗中风后抑郁症的最佳方法.方法治疗组采用针刺法治疗,对照组采用西药口服百忧解治疗.将两组的疗效及起效时间进行对比观察.结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,平均起效时间8天;对照组总有效率为80.0%,平均起效时间14.5天.两组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05);平均起效时间比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论针刺治疗中风后抑郁症有良好疗效,与药物治疗疗效相仿,且起效更快.

Clinical observation on acupuncture for treatment of depression after apoplexy

Objective To search for the best therapeutic method of depression after apoplexy. Methods The treatment group were treated by acupuncture and the control group by oral administration of western medicine, Prozac, and their therapeutic effects and effect producing time were compared. Results The total effective rate was 86 7% with an averaging of effect producing time of 8 days in the treatment group, and 80 0% with 14 5 days in the control group, with no significant difference ( P >0 05) in the total effective rate and a significant difference in the effect producing time between the two groups ( P <0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect similar to Prozac, but more rapidly produce the therapeutic effect than it.
