针刺治疗周围性面瘫若干影响因素的分析

目的：研究分析影响针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效的相关因素，为临床治疗及科研工作提供相应的参考依据。方法：共综合了35篇相关文献的内容，从治疗时机、面神经损伤程度、面神经损伤部位、辨证分型、针刺手法及腧穴选择6个方面进行了归纳总结，并作了简要的评述。结论：针刺治疗周围性面瘫容易受到临床相关因素的影响，加强对影响针刺治疗面瘫疗效相关因素的分析研究，能够更好地把握面瘫的针刺治疗作用规律。

Analysis on several influencing factors in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

Objective To study and analyze relative factors influencing the effect of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis for providing corresponding basis for clinical treatment and scientific research. Methods 35 relative papers were summarized from the six aspects, opportunity of treatment, injured degrees of facial nerves, injured parts of facial nerves, TCM syndrome types, acupuncture manipulation methods and acupoint selection, and comment was made briefly. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis is easily influenced by clinical relative factors, so, it can better grasp the regularity of acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis to strengthen the analysis and study on the relative factors of influencing the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on facial paralysis.
