| 摘 要： | 以大鼠为受试对象 ,制备急性脊髓损伤模型 ,应用督脉电针治疗 ,动态观察了 SCEP的演变规律。结果表明 ,针刺组术后各时相点 SCEP波幅的恢复均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 SCEP的峰潜伏时未见明显改变。提示针刺能促进损伤后 SCEP波幅的恢复 ,进而说明针刺治疗急性脊髓损伤具有可靠疗效 ,并就其机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Acute spinal cord injury model of the rats was devel- oped and electroacupuncture treatment was given at Du- Channel,and dynamic change of SCEP was ob- served.Itwas showed thatthe recovery of SCEP at the various time after acupunture in the acupuncture group all was higher than that( P<0 .0 5) in the control group,respectively,but the latent period of SCEP peak did not have obvious change.It is suggested that acupuncture can promote recovery of SCEP amplitude after spinal cord injury,and further indicated that acupuncture treatment has reliable therapeutic effect on acute spinal cord injuries. |
