针刺对乳腺纤维性囊肿患者下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴周期节律的影响

摘    要:采用放免分析法对乳腺增生患者治疗前后血清孕激素、雌激素、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、泌乳素进行了测定 ,并与健康人测定结果对照。结果显示 :健康人除泌乳素外 ,其他性激素指标都有明显的周期节律变化。乳腺增生患者则性激素分泌节律紊乱 ,表现为孕激素分泌时间延长 ;雌激素分泌在卵泡期、月经前期升高 ,而在排卵期降低 ;促卵泡生成素在排卵期降低 ,黄体期略有升高 ;促黄体生成素排卵期、黄体期均降低。经针刺治疗后下丘脑、垂体、卵巢轴性激素分泌节律基本恢复正常。

Abstract:Sexual hormones were determined before and after acupuncture treatment in patients of fibrocystic disease of breast with radioimmunoassay and their results were compared with those in healthy subjects.The re- sults indicated that there were obviously periodical rhythm changes of the sexual hormones,except pro- lactin,in the healthy subjects.In the patients ofhyper- plasia of mammary glands there was allorhythmia of sexual hormone secretion,and progestogen secretion delayed,and secretion of female sex hormones in- creased at follicular phase and premenstrual period, but itdecreased at ovulatory period,and follicle- stimu- lating hormone lowered at ovulatory period and in- creased slightly at the luteal phase,luteotropic hor- mone reduced at both the ovulatory period and luteal phase.After acupuncture treatment secretory rhythm of sexual hormones in the hypothalamus- pituitary- o- vary axis recoveried basically normal.
