针刺对乳腺纤维性囊肿患者下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴周期节律的影响

采用放免分析法对乳腺增生患者治疗前后血清孕激素、雌激素、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、泌乳素进行了测定 ,并与健康人测定结果对照。结果显示 :健康人除泌乳素外 ,其他性激素指标都有明显的周期节律变化。乳腺增生患者则性激素分泌节律紊乱 ,表现为孕激素分泌时间延长 ;雌激素分泌在卵泡期、月经前期升高 ,而在排卵期降低 ;促卵泡生成素在排卵期降低 ,黄体期略有升高 ;促黄体生成素排卵期、黄体期均降低。经针刺治疗后下丘脑、垂体、卵巢轴性激素分泌节律基本恢复正常。

Effects of Acupuncture on Periodical Rhythm of Hy- pothalamus- Pituitary- Ovary Axis in the Patient of Fi- brocystic Disease of Breast

Sexual hormones were determined before and after acupuncture treatment in patients of fibrocystic disease of breast with radioimmunoassay and their results were compared with those in healthy subjects.The re- sults indicated that there were obviously periodical rhythm changes of the sexual hormones,except pro- lactin,in the healthy subjects.In the patients ofhyper- plasia of mammary glands there was allorhythmia of sexual hormone secretion,and progestogen secretion delayed,and secretion of female sex hormones in- creased at follicular phase and premenstrual period, but itdecreased at ovulatory period,and follicle- stimu- lating hormone lowered at ovulatory period and in- creased slightly at the luteal phase,luteotropic hor- mone reduced at both the ovulatory period and luteal phase.After acupuncture treatment secretory rhythm of sexual hormones in the hypothalamus- pituitary- o- vary axis recoveried basically normal.
