药条灸对脾虚证患者血清胃泌素D—木糖排泄率及T细胞亚群的影响

采用扶正健脾、益阳益气中药与艾绒混合制成药物灸条施灸治疗脾虚证 ,以患者血清胃泌素、D-木糖排泄率和 T细胞亚群检测值为观察指标 ,并与单纯艾绒灸条施灸治疗对照。结果提示 ,治疗后两组脾虚证患者各项观察指标均有不同程度的改善 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,但改善的程度 ,以药灸组较艾灸组更为显著 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。表明本药条灸具有改善脾虚证患者消化道分泌、吸收功能及细胞免疫功能的作用。

Effects of Medicinal Moxibustion on Serum Gastrin, Excretory Rate of Xylose and Subgroups of T- Cells in Patients of Deficiency of Spleen

Deficiency of spleen was treated by moxibustion with medicinal moxa- cigar which was made by Chinese herbs of strengthening the body resistance and tonify- ing the spleen,and nourishing Yang and Qi,and serum gastrin,excretory rate of xylose and subgroups of T- cells were observed.Results indicated that after treat- ment the various indexes improved to varying degrees in the two groups of patients with deficiency ofspleen, but the improvement in the medicinal moxibustion was superior to that in the moxibustion group ( P <0 .0 1 and0 .0 5) .lt is suggested that the medicinal moxibus- tion has the action of improving secresion and absorp- tion functions of digestive tract,and cellular immune function.
