| 摘 要： | 目的：观察火针治疗慢性软组织损伤的病理变化。方法：将慢性软组织损伤的实验兔分成火针组，温针组，造模组3组，在整个实验研究的不同阶段。对3组实验兔的损伤部位外观体征，解剖后肉眼观察，光镜检测进行对照分析。结果：发现慢性软组织损作一旦形成粘连疤痕病理结构。即不可能通过自身机制或常规针灸治疗方法吸收和消除，而经过火针治疗后呈现出吸收再生的良性过程，结论：揭示出传统的火针疗法对慢性软组织损伤的治疗机制。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on chronic soft tissue injuries. Methods The experimental rabbits with chronic soft tissue injuries were divided into fire needle group, warming needle group and model group, and the parts of the injury were observed for their outward signs, and with nake eye and microscope after dissection. Results If chronic soft tissue injury forms adhesion and scar pathological structures, it can not be absorbed and eliminated by self mechanism or routine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, but fire needle therapy showed a benign course of absorbtion and regeneration. Conclusion Traditional fire needle therapy has a good therapeutic action on chronic soft tissue injuries |
