针刺调节原发性帕金森病脑脊液中单胺类递质临床观察

目的：观察针刺治疗原发性帕金森病疗效及其与患者脑脊液中单胺类神经递质的关系。方法：用毫针针刺内关等穴位治疗原发性帕金森病，以《改良Webster症状评分表》评定疗效，用高效液相色谱－－电化学检测法检测脑脊液中单胺类神经递质的变化情况，结果：治疗的部效率为71％，治疗对中枢单胺类神经递质有影响，疗效变化与递质变化未见有显著意义的相关，结论：针刺有一定的疗效，能引起中枢单胺类神经递质DA，NA的变化，疗效与递质变化的确定系尚待进一步研究。

Clinical Observation on Regulative Action of Acupuncture on Monoamine Neurotransmitters in Cerebrospinal Fluid in the Patient of Parkinson Disease

Purpose To observe the relation of the ther apeutic effect of acupuncture for treatment of primary Parkinson disease with mo noamine neurotransmitters of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in the patient of Parkinso n disease. Methods Acupuncture at Neiguan(PC 6) and other acupoints was used to treat primary parkinson disease, and Improved Webster Rat ing Table of Symptoms was adopted for assessment of therapeutic effects, and hig h performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detector(HPLC-EC) method w as used for determination of monoamine neurotransmitters in CSF. Resu lts The total effective rate was 71%, and acupuncture had an effect on monoamine neurotransmitters, but the therapeutic effect was not correlated wi th the change of the neurotransmitters. Conclusion Acupun cture has a certain therapeutic effect and induces changes of DA and NA, but the precise relation of the therapeutic effect with changes of monoamine neurotrans mitters remains to be studied further.
