天灸对衰老大鼠自由基水平的影响

目的：通过观察天灸与艾灸拮抗大鼠衰老性损害的疗效对比，为临床选择最佳抗衰老方法提供科学依据。方法：采用D－半乳糖亚急性衰老大鼠模型，以大鼠脑、肝组织内SOD酶活性及MDA含量为检测指标，对传统艾灸与天灸进行同步测试和比较。结果：灸疗能增强机体清除自由基的能力，从而阻止自由基对脑、肝细胞的损害。天灸组效果优于艾灸组。

Effects of Medicinal Vesiculation on levels of Free Radicals in Aging Rats

Purpose To compare therapeutic effects of medici nal vesiculation and moxibustion in anta gonising senility damage in rats so as t o Provide scientific basis for clinicall y selecting the best anti-senility method .Methods The D-galactose-induced sub-acute aging rat model was used and effects of medici nal vesiculation and traditional moxibus tion on SOD activities and MDA contents in the brain and liver were compared.Results Moxibustion treatment could strengthen t he capability of the organism removing f ree radicals so as to prevent the free r adicals from damaging the brain and live r tissues.Conclusion Moxibustion is of better action of anti- senility,and the effect of the medicinal vesiculation is superior to that of the moxibustion.
