| 摘 要： | 本文采用放射性核素ＳＰＥＣＴ·ｒＣＢＦ（单光子发射计算机断层照像机、局部脑血流）显象观察１８例脑缺血病患者针刺前后脑血流变化。结果：针刺前患者普遍存在局部脑血流低灌注状态，针刺后有１３例脑缺血状态得到改善。

| Abstract: | In the present paper changes of cerebral blood flow before and after acupuncture were observed by radionuclide SPECT, rCBF (single photon emission computertomography, local cerebral blood flow) imaging in 18cases of cerebral ischemic lesion. Results indicated that before acupuncture the patients were commomly at thestate of low per fusion of local cerebral blood flow andafter acupuncture cerebral ischemic state in 13 cases ofthem had improvement, The patients with mild cerebral ischemia had a better therapeutic effect, but thepatients with severe cerebral ischemia had a worse. |
