针刺治疗抑郁性神经症的临床研究

摘    要:目的 :比较针刺与黛力新 (deanxit)治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效 ,并探讨针刺治疗该症的机理。方法 :针刺组以头、体穴并用 ,针刺每日 1次 ,治疗 2个疗程共 2 0次 ;西药组服用黛力新治疗亦2 0日。治疗前及疗程结束后以汉密顿抑郁量表HAMD评分 ,及检验疗程前后催乳素 (PRL)、皮质醇(COR)值 ,并加以比较。 结果 :每组治疗前后HAMD评分比较 ,差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ,两组治疗后评分比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :针刺治疗抑郁性神经症疗效与西药黛力新相当 ,针刺治疗该症的原理可能与升高体内PRL值及降低COR值有关

Abstract:Objective To compare therapeutic effects of acupunc tu re and deanxit in treatment of depressive neurosis and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture. Methods The acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture at he ad and body acupoints for 2 courses, once each day, 20 sessions, and the western medicine group were treated by deanxin for 20 days. Scores of hamilton depressi on scale (HAMD), and prolactin (PRL) and cortisol (COR) levels were detected bef ore treatment and after the end of therapeutic course. Results There were very significant differences before and afte r treatment in HAMD scores in the two groups (P<0 01), with no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P>0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture has a therapeutic effect similar to the deanxit in treatment of depressive neurosis, and the mechanism of acupuncture fo r treatment of depressive neurosis is possibly related with increase of PRL leve l and decrease of COR content in the body.
