电针针刺治疗耳鸣临床疗效对比研究

方法：采用电针治疗耳鸣88例，并和针刺组40例患者作对照。结果；经3个疗程治疗后，电针组有效率为81．82％，针刺组为62．50％，2组疗程差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。在电针组中，有效率50岁以下优于50岁以上（P＜0．01）；发病在1个月以内的优于1个月以上者（P＜0．01）；听力正常者优于听力下降者（P＜0．01）。结论：电针可大大提高针刺治疗的疗效，且优于单纯针刺治疗，并提示50岁以下，病程在1个月以内，听力正常者，其疗效愈佳。

Comparative Study or Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Electroacupuncture and Acupuncture on Tinnitus

Eighty cases of tinnitus were treated with electroacupuncture and 40 cases were treated with simple acupuncture as control. After treatment for 3 courses,the effective rate was 81 82% in the electroacupuncture group and 62 5% in the acupuncture group, with a significant difference between the two groups( P <0 01). In the electroacupuncture group, the effecive rate under 50 years old was superior to that of over 50 years( P <0 01); and the effective rate for the duration of disease within one month was better than that of over one month( P <0 01); and for the patient of normal audition was better than that of decrease of audition( P <0 01). It is indicated that electroacupuncture can greatly increase the therapeutic effect, and it is superior to simple acupuncture treatment in therapeutic effect,and the therapeutic effect is better for the patient under 50 years old, with disease duration within one month and normal audition.
