| Abstract: | The immune function of 40 senile people was tested after 2 months of health-preserving-moxibustion given. It was found that the amount of T-lymphocytes and the formation rate of complement 3B of RBC were greatly increased, making the volume of IgG, IgA,and IgM remarkably increased. But the indices remained almost unchanged in the groap without moxibustion, suggesting that health-preserving-moxibustion can promote the immune function, reinforce body resis tance, and prevent senility. |
