经穴皮电在不同手术麻醉中的变化

本研究观察了耳部手术和甲状腺手术中麻醉患者的太冲穴与涌泉穴皮肤电流变化。结果显示，麻醉后两个穴位的皮肤电流均有明显下降，其中涌泉穴在耳部手术过程中皮电下降明显低于甲状腺手术患者；太冲穴则结果相反。故可以考虑，肾经的涌泉穴与耳的关系密切，太冲穴与甲状腺功能关系密切。说明经穴与脏腑、器官有一定联系。

The Change of Cutaneous Electric Current on Acupoints under Anaesthesia for Different Operations

In this investigation the change of cutaneous electric current(CEC)on Taichong(LR 3)and Yongquan (KI 1) in anaesthetized patients was observed during tympanoplasty and thyroidectomy.The quantity of CEC on both points was remarkably decreased with the anesthesia,but it became noticeably lower on KI1 during the operation of tympanoplasty than that during thyroidectomy(P<0.05).The quantity on Taichong(LR 3)was just opposite during the two opsrations.It is considered that Yongquan(KI 1) is more closely related with the ear and Taichong (LR 3)has more intimate relations with thyroid functions.Therefore,it is concluded that acupoints are connected to some extent with specific internal and sense organs.
