| 摘 要： | ５２例肥胖病患者血浆皮质醇、醛固酮水平下降，血甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量升高，与正常人比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１），表明患者肾上腺皮质功能减退，脂肪代谢障碍。针刺治疗后，患者体重减轻，上述各项指标也得到明显纠正。

| Abstract: | In 52 obese patients it was observed that the levels of plasma cortisol and aldehyde ketone were reduced, while the triglyceride and the total cholesterol contents were elevated. Both of the changes were statistically significant, compared with those in normal subjects (P<0. 05 or P<0.01), indicating adrenocortical insufficiency and lipodystrophy in the patients. After treatment with acupuncture the patients lost their weights and the indices mentioned above were obviously improved. |
