腧穴热敏灸与西药治疗慢性持续期支气管哮喘疗效对照观察

目的:探讨治疗慢性持续期哮喘更好的方法。方法:将36例慢性持续期哮喘患者随机分为热敏灸组(17例)和西药组(19例)。热敏灸组选取肺俞与膈俞两穴之间的热敏穴,采用腧穴热敏灸治疗;西药组采用舒利迭吸入剂治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3个月,采用临床症状评分和肺通气功能检查评定其临床疗效。结果:治疗后热敏灸组有效率为88.2%(15/17),明显优于西药组的47.4%(9/19)(P0.05);两组患者治疗后临床症状评分和肺通气功能均较治疗前明显提高,热敏灸组与西药组比较改善更加显著(均P0.05)。结论:对于慢性持续期支气管哮喘,腧穴热敏灸能显著改善临床症状和提高患者肺通气功能,是一种较舒利迭吸入剂治疗更有效的方法。

Comparative observation on therapeutic effect of chronic persistent bronchial asthma treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion and medication

Observation on therapeutic of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for chronic duration of bronchial asthma LIANG chao,YANG kun,ZHANG tang-fa (Department Acupuncture And Moxibustion ,The First Hospital Of Wuhan,Wuhan 430022,China) Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of the heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy to the clinical curative effect chronic of bronchial asthma and lung ventilation function. Methods 36 cases of chronic duration of asthma patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 17 cases and control group of 19 cases. The treatment group took the heat-sensitive moxibustion and the control group used the inhaler of Seretide. Two groups continued treatment for 3 months and assessed its clinical curative effect by clinical symptom scores and lung ventilation function. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2% and 63.2% in the control group, two groups of comparisons was statistical significance（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion The heat-sensitive moxibustion was batter than the western medicine to the chronic duration of bronchial asthma and worthy of clinical popularization.
