腹针治疗腰椎间盘膨(突)出症114例临床观察

目的:对比腹针与体针治疗腰椎间盘膨(突)出症的疗效差异.方法:将114例患者随机分为治疗组62例、对照组52例.治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组采用体针治疗.结果:治疗组治愈率为71.0%,总有效率为98.4%;对照组分别为48.1%、86.5%.两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组治愈率、总有效率均优于对照组.从治疗次数上看,腹针所需次数比体针次数少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:腹针治疗本病疗效好,疗程短.

Clinical observation on abdominal acupuncture for treatment of 114 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To observe the difference of therapeutic ef fects between abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods One hundred and fourteen cases we re randomly divided into a treatment group (n=62) and a control group (n =52). They were treated respectively by abdominal acupuncture and body acupunct ure. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 71.0% and 98.4% in th e treatment group, and 48.1% and 86.5% in the control group, respectively, with sig nificant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group being better than the control group. The treatment times needed for the abdominal acupuncture were less than those for body acupuncture with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with a short therapeutic course.
