穴位注射夹脊穴加针刺治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

方法采用夹脊穴注射药物加毫针围刺病损治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛80例,并与针刺治疗28例及西药治疗30例进行比较.结果前者治愈率为81.2%,总有效率为100.0%,后两者分别为32.1%、78.6%和33.3%、80.0%.前者与后两者之间分别相比较,差异有非常显著性意义,P＜0.01,前者疗效明显优于后两者.结论本法治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效较好.

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Jiaji- Point Injection Plus Acupuncture on Residual Neuralgia of Senile Herpes Zoster

Purpose To approach to therapeutic methods of re sidual neuralgia of senile herpes zoster .Methods Eighty cases of residual neuralgia of se nile herpes zoster were treated with inj ection of medicines into Jiaji points an d surounding needling of the pathologica l lesion with filiform neddles,28 cases were treated with acupuncture and 30 cas es were treated with Western medicines,a nd their therapeutic effects were compar ed.Results The cured rate was 81.2%,the total effec tive rate was 100 0% in the former,and t he cured rate and the total effective ra te were 32.1%,78.6% and 33.3%,80 0% in t he two latters,respectively,with a signi ficant difference as the former compared with the two latters(P<0 05 ),the former in therapeutic effect being superior to those in the two latters.Conclusion This therapy has a bettter therapeutic effect on resi dual neuraligia of senile herpes zoster.
