| 摘 要： | 方法：将150例尿毒症血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒的患者随机分为治疗组（针刺组）和对照组（西药组）。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88．75％和88．58％，两组之间疗效无显著性差异（P＞0．5）。结论：针刺治疗本病可取得与西药治疗相同的疗效，且无副作用。

| Abstract: | Methods One hundred and fifty ca ses of cutaneous pruritus after hemodialysis due to uremia were divided into tre atment group(acupuncture group) and control group(western drug group), and thei r therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 88.75% in the treatment group and 88.58% in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.5 ).Conclusion Acupuncture and western drug have a same th erapeutic effect on uremic cutaneous pruritus without adverse effect. |
