隔药灸脐法延缓衰老临床观察

目的:观察隔药灸脐疗法延缓衰老的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将71例患者随机分为3组,其中隔药灸脐组30例,采用隔药灸脐治疗,每周2次;针刺组21例,取肾俞、太溪为主穴,每日1次;西药组20例,口服VitE胶囊,每次0.1g,每日2次。比较3组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后症状积分、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果:治疗后3组临床症状均有非常显著的改善(P<0.01),且隔药灸脐组改善更显著(P<0.01);3组SOD含量均明显提高(P<0.01),MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.01),隔药灸脐组与针刺组相比SOD、MDA含量差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),隔药灸脐组与西药组相比SOD、MDA含量差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔药灸脐法能明显延缓衰老,其机制与改善体内SOD、MDA含量有关。

Clinical observation on drug-separated moxibustion at the navel for anti-aging

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect and the mechanism of drug-separated moxibustion at the navel for delaying aging.Methods Seventy-one cases were randomly divided into 3 groups.The group of drug-separated moxibustion at the navel(n=30)were treated with drug-separated moxibustion at the navel,twice each week;the acupuncture group(n=21)with acupuncture at Shenshu(BL 23)and Taixi(KI 3)as main points once each day;the western medicine group(n=20)with oral administration of vitamin E capsules,0.1 g each time,twice daily.Their clinical therapeutic effects,and changes of cumulative scores,serum SOD activities and MDA contents after treatment were compared among the 3 groups.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms in the 3 groups very signifi-cantly improved(P<0.01),with the group of drug-separated moxibustion at the navel more significantly improved(P<0.01);in the 3 groups,SOD activities significantly increased(P<0.01)and serum MDA contents significantly decreased(P<0.01),and SOD activity and MDA content in the group of drug-separated moxibustion at the navel were not significantly different from those in the acupuncture group(P>0.05),but significantly different from those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The drug-separated moxibustion at the navel can significantly delay aging.
