| 摘 要： | 目的：观察絮刺火罐疗法治疗各型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：收集了38例神经根型，椎动脉型和混合型颈病患者，并进行前后对照，选取颈夹脊穴，天宗穴，根据辨证论治的原则施以刺络拔罐疗法。结果：絮刺火罐疗法总有效率89．5％，MPQ评定于治疗后均明显下降，治疗前后比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of pricking blood and cupping therapy on cervical spondylopathy. Methods 38 cases of spondylopathy of nerve root, vertebrae artery and mixed types were treated with pricking blood and cupping at cervical Jiaji(EX B 2)and Tianzong(SI 11) based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Results The total effective rate of the pricking blood and cupping was 89 5% and MPQ decreased significantly after treatment ( P <0 01). |
